INNOVATIVE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION: BASIC ASPECTS AND TRENDS
Implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (personal computer, Internet, Web-technologies etc) in the education sphere is a complex issue. There are different opinions which describe both positive and negative ICT influences on participants of educational process. ICT implementation background in the sphere of education, advantages and shortcomings of the informatization process are considered in the article. Also article presents the attempt to identify basic trends emerging in education as a result from Information and Communication Technologies implementation.
