. Conditions for formation of motivation to seiIf-progression of teacher in the system of professional skill improvement (PSI)
A new approach to the system of professional skill im¬provement is worked out and applied in practice, which provides an education of the motivation to self-progression of a teacher. Main principles of the PSI operation are de¬scribed, and an example of sociological and psychology-pedagogical examination of a school collective is given.
