The Corporative Culture Formation in Modern Russia.
The article deals with the problem of changing of the collective identification in Russia into the group corporative culture. The last one is aimed to influence on the devel¬opment of sound economic and political structures and to form a proper person and his perspective world outlook. Taking into consideration the corporative culture mechanisms interaction with the national ones, capable to give it tested expedient of effectiveness and steadiness is of great importance.
