Formation of Diplomatic and Consular Law in Soviet Russia in Early 1920s
In the article the author follows the return process of Soviet legislation in the international law area to the generally accepted standards and international customs that Bolsheviks refused having come to power. The process was determined by the need to build relations with the world. Soviet diplomatic and consular law from the very beginning resided democratic features both: by the privileges and immunities determination of representatives, its heads and staff and by their rights to free relations with government, with other diplomatic and consular representatives of the state.
