The model of the program of economic and social development of the subject of the Russian Federation as one of the region development regulation instruments employed by the state
The standard model of the program of the economical and social development of the subject of the Russian Federation was worked out by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russian Federation according to the instructions of the Russian government with an aim to improve the process of elaboration, confirmation and realization of the programs concerning the economical and social development of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The standard model has the form of a recommendation and it is built to provide the methodological unity of regional programs and their agreement with the state strategy of the economical and social development.
