The article is dedicated to the investigation of the fragments of associative semantic fields «Time» and «Space» in the text of J.A. Bunin's story «A Hundred Rupees». Analyzing the structure of associative semantic fields on the basis of semantic lexical paradigms the author reveals the artistic sense of the work.
