CREATION OF THE SYSTEM STATE-PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATION ON A MUNICIPAL LEVEL
In the article is described model of management municipal system of education based democratic state-public relations (the approaches, principles, ideas, four-levels organizing structure), are shown results to its approbations on the base of the educational system Maiskiy municipal region of Kabardino-Balkar Republic.
