THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
This article reveals the essence of innovation potential in educational institution describing the work with innovative cadres resource. The author suggests her variant for the development of teacher’s innovation potential by means of individual educational programmes development and implementation.
