THE ROLE OF THE INSTITUTES OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH LIMITED PHYSICAL ABILITIES
This article considers the problem of the institutes of additional education and their participation in the upbringing and teaching of the disabled children and describes the working experience of “Home of children’s creativity” Kachkanar, Sverdlovskaya region. The author supposes that in the conditions of small towns work with the disabled children and their parents allows to fill in the gap of social and pedagogical attention to the problems of disabled children and appreciably optimize their upbringing and teaching.
