In article opportunities of formation of ecological culture of the schoolboy in conditions of an educational complex «a kindergarten-school- an educational institution» are opened. In a basis of the methodological approach to the decision of the designated problem the author studies the idea of steady development suggested by known domestic scientist Kaznacheev V.P.
