The article allows to make up some conclusions about the techniques of performance of the analyzed exercise «Tkachev’s overshot with legs separately ». Conducted biomechanical analysis of the bearing part of the exercise gives the opportunity to determine the moments of muscular power in joints and to compare them in all biomechanical way
