FEATURES OF FORMATION OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE FUTURE TEACHER IN HIGHER SCHOOL // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 8 (173). P. 19-23

The article deals with the problem of ensuring the competitiveness of the teacher, the essence of his professional development through the analysis of understanding of the competitiveness, professional development, personal maturity. Proposes a look at building a holistic pedagogical system, successively implemented in the university educational process, which has a possibility of constructing individual paths of professional and personal development of a future teacher. The competitiveness of the teacher depends on his personal development. Consequently, the decline in professional success of a teacher is associated with the level of development of the competitiveness components. Gives a detailed analysis of the shortcomings of the development of personal qualities of the teacher, preventing professional self-expession, professional self-improvement and success.

Considers the problem of development of value orientations of adoptive parents. Offers a look at the structure of value orientations of successful and unsuccessful adoptive parents. It is believed that the level of development of value orientations of the parents determines the logic of the reasons for the adoption. The increase in the level of development of value orientations of the adoptive parents is associated with the specifics of adaptation and socialization of childrenorphans. It is believed that the development of value orientations of adoptive parents not only ensures the efficiency of adaptation of children-orphans, but also contributes to their personal development.

The article deals with the problem of education of humane relations among children of the senior preschool age in the conditions of inclusive education. In psychological and educational literature, the concept of “humane relations” is viewed from different angles, as a form of interpersonal relations based on the principles of humanity; as a set of harmonious relations of the subject with the world, other people and themselves. Humane relations manifest themselves in attitudes, beliefs, tastes, emotional experiences, motivations and aspirations to act and the actions themselves. Humane relations include the following symptoms: kindness, compassion, care, caring justice. The article deals with the content of humane relations, the specifics of their development in preschool age in the conditions of inclusive education. Inclusive education is one of the most humane educational solutions for children with disabilities and normally developing children. In the pre-school educational institution children learn to interact with each other, to build equal relations. One of the most organic tools for the development of humane relations among preschoolers is a game activity. The use of specially selected methods and techniques in the course of the game contributes to the effective development of humane relations among the children of preschool age. In the formation of the children ideas about the humane treatment of children with disabilities it is important to use a variety of fiction (fairy tales, legends, stories, poems), problem situations, special talks, pedagogical situations, game activity, as they allow the child to express his subjectivity, stimulate the expression of humanity. It is believed that the development of humane feelings in children of preschool age ensures equal interaction with children with disabilities.

INTERRELATION OF PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP AND PERSONAL MATURITY OF ADOPTIVE PARENTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 161-166

The article considers the problem of interrelation of parent-child relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. Shows the dependence of successful development of the child in a foster family on the level of personal maturity of the adoptive parents and the type of parent-child relationship. Presents the results of diagnostics of childparent relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. It is revealed that empathy, reflexivity and creativity of personal maturity of the parents determines the line and the type of their relationship with children. It is established that the disadvantages of the reflexivity of parents impede the development needs of self-actualization, and emotional responsiveness to the experiences of children, manifestations of creativity. At the same time, the ability of personally mature adoptive parents to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of personal development ensures their need for selfactualization, the choice of effective ways of interacting with children, humane treatment. It is believed that the level of development of personal maturity of parents ensures harmonious interpersonal relationship in foster family, creation of a favorable psychological climate. The authors come to the conclusion that the development of personal maturity of the adoptive parents is one of the factors for improving parent-child relationship in foster care, to avoid secondary orphanhood.
