The paper reveals the methodological features of strategic planning at the regional level in the context of strategic management. The problems to the effective using of strategic planning tools are shown. The structure and quality of development strategies of the Siberian Federal District are analyzed. Authors provide recommendations for improving the regional strategic planning.

PROBLEM OF POVERTY LEVEL OF THE POPULATION IN TOMSK REGION: POST-CRISIS RESTORATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 5 (146). P. 163-169

The article discusses the level of poverty in the example of Tomsk region in the context of post-crisis stage of development. The authors analysed the structure of income of the population at the regional level and showed specific poverty problems of Tomsk region. The operating regional system of measures of fight against poverty is given and recommendations about increase of their efficiency are offered.
