The article is devoted to problems and features domestic innovation activity stimulation and its development, which should be brought to the student audience. Science-intensive production and intellectual potential (the high quality experts in particular) are capable of supplying the realization of all stages of the innovative process. The insufficient attention to any of these elements results in the irreversible lag of the state. Skepticism and the insufficient basis of scientific education of students hinder their perception of perspectives of innovative activity.
