The author analyses «Fantastic Travellings* by Senkovsky as a parody of the novel «The Wanderer* by Weltzman. Senkovsky is parodying the romantic principle of duality and doublicity in «The Wanderer* which is manifested firstly in poetical philosophy oftravelling of «Mindand Heart*. Accordingly, «Scientific travelling to the Bear Iceland* is looked upon as a parody oftravelling of mind, and «Travelling to Etno* as a parody of heart travelling.
