THE FACTORS OF SUCCSESSFULL EDUCATING OF ART SPECIALIST // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 2 (76). P. 36-40

The article describes the conditions, which effectively stimulate the system of cognitive relations in the universities of art and culture being developed on the basis of the unity and interrelationship of teaching and learning activity. From the point of the humanistic pedagogy a specific field, connected with the improvement of pedagogue professional qualifications (long-term application of knowledge, energetic activity position, inborn choreographic abilities, the scene fear, the volition freedom, the awareness of the choice of profession, the pedagogical authority etc.) is revealed. The latter give the opportunity to provide the scientifically based ability to manage the quality of education, the reliability and objectiveness of its results in a creative university.
