1 | The study characterizes modern methods of reflexive training in higher school education. The results of the conducted empirical study on using cinquain in training in higher school education are presented here. The list of competences which depend on development of reflective abilities of students was selected from the federal state educational standard of higher education in the direction of preparation “Special (defectological) education”. The work identifies the deficits of the reflexive development of students on the basis of cinquain as control-evaluative tool for implementation of assessment and self-assessment of mastered professional knowledge, skills and competencies at different stages of the studying of section of the academic discipline. The paper reveals possibilities of organization of reflexive activity of future defectology bachelors at speech therapy class. The study shows the features of using of cinquain as the main teaching method allowing you to activate the mechanism of reflexion in the context of professional pedagogical studying. 2 | A brief history of the defectology personnel training system development is given. Major stages of professional defectological education establishment in Russia are shown. Factors, influencing the development of teachersdefectologists’ professional training are listed. The interest in education of children, teenagers and grown-ups with limited health abilities is increased in educational, social and healthcare institutions. Two Federal State Educational Standards, regarding Special (defectological) education, approved during last five years, are compared. Competencies, obtained by graduate students, as a result of a new baccalaureate education program implementation are analyzed. New accents in competencies and regulations are specified. Major modern tendencies of defectologists’ professional training development in a higher education institution are defined. 3 | The increase in the number of disabled children requires from specialists new methods, technologies and means of correction at the current stage of development of education. The article discusses the possibilities of the genre of the musical training of future teachers for working in conditions of inclusion. The search for alternative forms of training of future specialists determines the relevance of the article. The presented method of the interactive musical was considered from different positions within the framework of the realization of the formation of the inclusive competences of the students of the pedagogical faculty. The experience of staging a musical on the basis of higher educational institutions as a form of practice-oriented training of future professionals working with children with disabilities (HIA), and implementation of interactive musical institutions as a gradual and complementary work demonstrates positive results. The first stage is devoted to the formation of a new pedagogical consciousness, underlying the adoption of different children and their development, a tolerant acceptance of children with various pathologies. The second stage is directly devoted to the study of new techniques that allow to create independently for a child the conditions for inclusion in the educational process, taking into account his characteristics and needs. The authors also propose to use it in working with children with disabilities. These areas are recommended as nontraditional forms of work with students of higher educational institutions. 4 | Introduction. The article discusses the possibilities of optimizing learning from the point of view of neuroscience, in particular, the neuropsychological approach. A solution to the problem of improving the quality of higher education in the era of digitalization through the activation of cognitive processes of students is proposed. The Aim is to show the possibilities of using neuropsychological exercises in a remote format of higher education for the prevention of neuroerosion and stimulation of learning motivation and cognitive processes of students are shown. Material and methods. The article is based on the author’s generalization of the experience of teaching subjects for bachelors and undergraduates in the field of «Speech Therapy» and «Oligophrenopedagogics» with the inclusion of neuropsychological exercises in the structure of lectures and seminars. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, materials and publications of the psychological and pedagogical press, questionnaires and interviews of students in the remote learning format during the summer session of 2020. Results and discussion. Changing the educational environment with the advent of digital reality in higher education involves the development of new ways and forms of learning, the inclusion of means of activating students in order to reduce the risks of remote education. Significant problems of digitalization of education are prevention of weakening of cognitive processes, activation of learning motivation, development of self-control of educational activities. The expediency of using neuropsychological exercises as a tool that stimulates higher mental functions of students in higher education is shown. As a result of a questionnaire survey of 213 full-time and part-time students in the direction of preparation 44.03.03 Special (defectological) education in the profile of «Speech therapy» and «Oligophrenopedagogy», projected results of the use of neuropsychological exercises to increase the productivity of learning in the online format were revealed. Conclusion. Neuropsychological techniques can be used in professional training as a universal means of developing cognitive processes and preventing inhibition of higher mental functions of students, increasing motivation to master academic disciplines at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. In the digital format of University education, the need to increase students’ internal motivation to study, form ways of self-organization and develop self-control over the development of the educational program is actualized.
