The process of fixed assets renovation plays an important theoretical and practical role in economic development and growth of the national wealth. The problems of fixed assets renovation are connected with low labor productivity and high costs, with low competitiveness of Russian economy on the world market and its not innovative development. That’s why methodology, as a scientific base of theory and practice, takes the first place in the research of activation of fixed assets renovation.
