The overcome of the ecological process may be carried out by the quality change of the paradigm in culture and science. It is necessary to bring up the consecutive ecological culture-of behavior and thinking. The ecological problem gives the possibility to clear up the content of many ethic categories, to deepen the analysis of moral responsibility of scholars and politicians, to establish a new outlook and values on the environment.
