This article is devoted to the most important and actual problem as the development of village schools with limited number of pupils. The solution of nowadays problems depends on modernization of the village schools, municipal and regional educational systems. These problems are connected with the beginning of finance according to the number of pupils, branch payment, implementation of pre-schooling education, profile learning, etc. The main way of the development of NLVS (Number Limited Village Schools) is the staff (teachers who work with pupils of such schools). The article gives the analyses of the staff resource (in the Tomsk region), highlights the main contradictions of teaching skills development, and points out the conditions necessary for pedagogical competence. The authors offer the description of the concrete experimental action and the results of the competence development in such groups of specialists.

The article studied the influence of luminiscent radiation of photoluminescent films on augmentation of productivity of plants in a greenhouses, and also the reflected, absorbed and dissipated solar light photoluminophore particles in films. It is experimentally erected, that the basic contribution to augmentation of productivity of plants to a greenhouses under photoluminescent films imports the luminescent radiance generated by films. Productivity also is spotted by a relation getting on a plant direct and a diffused light.

Fridman Dzhon ECHOES OF DOSTOEVSKY AND BLOK IN NIKOLAI ERDMAN’S “THE SUICIDE” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 7 (109). P. 19-26

Customarily one speaks of the influence that great Russian playwrights like Gogol, Sukhovo-Kobylin and Ostrovsky had on Nikolai Erdman. But it can be shown that Erdman also knew well the works of other classic writers, such as Fyodor Dostoevsky and Alexander Blok. This becomes clear when conducting even a simple analysis of Dostoevsky’s “The Devils,” Blok’s famous essays on revolution and Erdman’s “The Suicide.” Dostoevsky’s Kirillov and Erdman’s Podsekalnikov are both individuals that others seek to push into the act of committing suicide for the general good. By the same token, one can even find the germ of the basic plot complication in Erdman’s play in one of Blok’s essays. Any of Erdman’s characters who have a vested interest in Podsekalnikov’s death could easily have uttered this phrase from Blok: “How can I object to a person who has been driven to suicide by the demands of individualism, demonism, aesthetics or, finally, the most concrete, most banal need of despair and anguish?” The point, however, is not so much that we can find echoes reverberating among the works of Erdman, Dostoevsky and Blok, but rather that these echoes allow us to determine that Erdman’s task in writing “The Suicide” was far greater than just to write a satire. In “The Suicide” Erdman created his own artistic universe which embodies his own unique philosophical world view.

We show here how it is possible to build a OFT on the horizon of a Schwarzschild-like spacetime That theory, found by restricting bulk quantum fields on the horizon, is equivalent to GFT on the bulk. That fact is called Holography. Moreover the hidden conformal symmetry (SL(2, R)) found for the bulk theory becomes manifest on the horizon in terms of some of its diffeomorphisms. Then the extension of group of the generator of that symmetry to the Virasoro algebra is discussed.

In article the basic results and prospects of the further researches of specific features and mechanisms of perception of time in Tomsk the state university are discussed. The history of the Edinoverie parish, discovered in the Elanskaya volost of Tyukalinsky district of the Tobolsk province at the beginning of the 20th century, is analyzed. The previously unknown archival documents, stored in the State archives of the Omsk region, revealing features of the inner life of the youngest in Western Siberia Edinoverie Parish. In the historical period under review, its territory was located at the junction of the Tobolsk and Tomsk provinces and dioceses, in the conditions of an ethno-confessional intersection. Relations between Orthodox, cobelievers and old believers are considered. The theoretical significance of studying this problem is important in the conditions of the revival of the Old Believer parishes within the framework of the Russian Orthodox Church. The practical importance of the study is determined by the high interest of Russians and residents of other countries to identify their ancestors, compile genealogical trees and family histories. The main attention in the work is given to the analysis of the metric books of this parish, comparison of the tasks of the existence of the same faith and real practice on the example of particular parish. The facts and conclusions reflected in the article are a part of the work already carried out by the author on the integration of the data of Edinoverie, Orthodox and Jewish registers relating to the territory of the Elanskaya volost.

Malysheva Lidiya Gerasimova Schiller's Philosophic Lyrics in the Context of i.S. Turguenev's Creative Work // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2001. Issue 1 (26). P. 10-16

The author analyses the philosophic lyrics by F. Schiller in which his ethnical and aesthetical views were fully reflected, and the forthcoming analysis of the works by Turguenev brings the author to the conclusion which is quite new for the Russian tradition of looking upon Turguenev and of the influence of F. Schiller's ideas upon Turguenev's world outlook and artistic method, the conclusion of the proximity of moral philosophic and aesthetic positions of the German and Russian writers.
