3607 | The authors studied soil microbial activity in oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic peat bogs of Siberia by method of substrate-induced respiration (SIR). Intensity of microbiological processes depends on the type of peat bogs and hydrothermal conditions. The average for vegetation period 2013, the highest microbial biomass was observed in oligotrophic peat bog of Vasyugan (4,16 mcg/g dry peat, with limits – 1,66–8,28 mcg/g d. p.). The minimum value of microbial biomass was recorded in mesotrophic peat bogs Kutushskoe (3,29 mcg/g d. p., with limits 0,78–6,94 mcg/g d. p.). Eutrophic bog Tagan on the microbial biomass took an intermediate position (middle – 3,74 mcg/g d. p., limits – 0,41–13,43 mcg/g d. p.). Investigated bogs can be arranged in the following order of intensive basal respiration: eutrophic bog Tagan > oligotrophic bog Vasyugan > mesotrophic bog Kutushskoe. It is fixed that in spite of genetic differences all bogs had the stable ecophysiological status. Functioning of microbial communities of peat bogs is within natural variability, and indicates their environmental sustainability. The eutrophic bog Tagan is not resistant to environmental factors. 3608 | The paper presents the results of research on the study of the course of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations in the context of the competency approach to training future math teachers. As is known, models of real processes can be described in the language of mathematics, including by means of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations. Ability to create such mathematical models and work with them is an integral part of the human culture. Thereby it is necessary to search for new approaches to the training of maths teachers, aimed at the formation of ideas about the role of models and modeling. In this connection the course of differential equations is essential means in attracting students to research work and for the formation of professional competence of the future teacher of mathematics. The course of differential equations plays a fundamental role in the professional training of mathematics teacher in terms of understanding the gist of the application and the practical orientation of teaching mathematics, mastery of the method of mathematical modeling. The course of differential equations and its methods give another tool for knowledge of the world, which allows to create a scientific understanding of the real physical space. The results presented in the paper allow us to conclude, that the involvement of students in research work in the framework of the course of differential equations not only promotes the overall development and professional training of the future teacher of mathematics, but also getting completely new results are important in the modern theory of differential equations and theoretical physics. 3609 | Teaching of mathematical disciplines in Russian universities has traditionally been based largely on the classic teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative and instructive-reproductive). Of course, the design of programmed instruction, as well as development of simulated and game methods of training is a very time consuming process. However, these training methods can dramatically improve the cognitive interest of students, their responsibility for the result, contribute to the development of skills both individual and collective work. (When using the programmed instruction the pace of learning is individual; in conducting the educational and business games we can develop the ability to act as a team). The effectiveness of innovative interactive methods (programmed instruction, “mathematical fights” and business games) requires not only logical basis, but also the statistical verification. The article studies the effect of the application of some interactive teaching technologies at the results of the students mastering the course of probability theory and mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment contained a comparison between one control group and two experimental groups in which these learning technologies were applied. The analysis was based on statistical hypothesis testing using t-test and Wilcoxon criterion. A marked increase in the knowledge quality associated with the use of innovative teaching methods and identified through the use of module-rating system, finds its confirmation in the results of the interim tests and final exam grade. The average exam score (on a 5-point scale) was as follows: 3.3 points for the control group and 3.45–3.6 points for the experimental groups. Keywords: interactive learning technology, module-rating system, control and evaluation activities, pedagogical experiment, statistical hypothesis testing | 884
3610 | Advertising text in English is considered at the intersection of two paradigms: linguistics and cultural studies. The relevance of the article is due to the ability of the advertising text to broadcast not only information about the product or service (price, parameters, benefits), but also about the way of British life and culture, and therefore it can be used in the process of learning language at the university. For example, the focus of our attention was on advertising texts from the magazine “The People’s Friend” – a magazine which is mainly intended for older women and is broadly traditionalist in outlook. Reading advertising texts contributes to the development of the skills of English language learners to decode, correctly interpret the hidden cultural codes in the text, to formulate their attitude to the information contained in the text and adequately use the acquired knowledge in speech. Analysis of several advertising texts revealed the attitude of the British to aging, wills, charity, burial: 1) elderly people’s life should be comfortable with help of the advertised devices (Stairlift, Easy-Air Bath Lift, safety seat); 2) it’s common to make a will and donate to a charity (leave a gift in your will, including World Cancer Research Fund in your Will, Please remember Battersea Dogs and Cats in your Will); 3) it’s common to take care of one’s burial (to plan your funeral, to pay your funeral, in advance); 4) people may be cremated after their death; some people may wear a locket with ashes typically after a funeral ceremony in memory of their loved ones (The locket opens to reveal a vial that can contain ashes as a memorial). 3617 | In the given work the method of calculation for equili-brum sub-transsonic flows is offered and the results of its application are given. It is based on the method of approached factorization for the solution of the complete speed potential equation, which has been written down in the conservative form on orthogonal grid, connected with a contour of a nozzle. This method allows calculating flows in nozzles, having the complex form of combustion chamber, particularly the flush-mounted nozzle. The method gives the best correlation with the experiment in comparison with a usual approached factorization method. Such results are explained by using of an orthogonal grid, which improves the approximation of the initial differential equation. | 883

3632 | The genre specificity and poetics of George Sand’s monumental autobiography has never been in the focus of Russian scholarly attention. This paper focuses on the history of creation and publication of the work (1847–1855). The author describes the poetics of the French writer’s narrative, employing oratory techniques and amplification, which greatly contributes to its perception. A particular attention is paid to the specificity of female memoirs, which consistently describes the development of the main character in childhood, adolescence, youth and maturity. The paper analyses the original composition of the narrative, in which almost a quarter is devoted to ancestors and parents, with whom George Sand’s character is genetically connected. On the one hand, the heroine of the memoirs is a representative of her generation, with whom she is connected by ties of solidarity. On the other hand, she is a child of the revolutionary era, when a marriage between an aristocrat and a commoner could take place. The author studies the history of the inner life, the “life of the soul” of the main character, which consists in the process of looking for the truth in all spheres of life: true friendship, love, religious and political ideas, moral and aesthetic values, and the meaning of life in general. Finally, the heroine finds her “self” in her literary work. Keywords: autobiography, female memoirs, autobiography of generation, idea of solidarity, public speaking techniques, artist | 883

3640 | Microbial communities in virgin and reclaimed fens of Tomsk region were examined in the comparative study. Differences between these peat lands could be found only for a dry season. A number of fungi, evaluated with the plating method, and a share of hydrolytic bacteria were considerably higher in the reclaimed fen. It indicates to the intensification of destruction due to the implemented agricultural afforestation. The differences between fens smooth after long-term rains: fungal and actinomycetal mycelium is fragmentary found in soil layers, number and specific diversity of micromycetes decrease, hydrobionts dominate among bacteria. Thus, though examined fens are hydromorphic soils, weather conditions should be taken into account for soil sampling, because all the microbiologic indicators, which allow characterizing microbial communities of peat soils, sharply vary under the change of dry and moist periods. 3642 | In author’s opinion on the ancient history of the Northwestern and central Northern Caucasus was closely linked with Indo-European migrations from Central Europe in the second half of the 3rd – beginning of the 2nd centuries B.C. The first migrants to this region consisted of the mixed groups of Indo-Europeans and non-Indo-Europeans that can be corresponded to the Tocharians (Afanasievo culture) and formed pre-Maikop cultural horizon with the horse-head scepters. The second stream of the European population that reached the Caucasus included the “Ancient Europeans” (AE – ancestors of the Slavs, the Germans, the Balts, the Celts, the Italics), and the Anatolians as well. The dolmens under the barrows in the Northwestern Caucasus were left by them. The archaeological equivalents of AE groups settled in the central part of the Northern Caucasus are the kurgan burials of the Kuban-Terek culture that dated from 3rd -2nd centuries BC. Thus the history of the Ancient Caucasus in 3rd century B.C can be regarded as a part of the IndoEuropean history of Europe. 3643 | In the present study I make specifi c claims about the borrowing of structural categories and the impact of such borrowings on structural typology. I argue that certain linguistic strategies for clause combining are readily borrowed and that massive borrowing of these categories can result in structural change so extensive/signifi cant that the result is typological shift. Eurasia has long been identifi ed as a particular type of language typology. Early typological studies [1] identifi ed correlations between verb-fi nal word order, postpositions, relative clause before the noun, and, signifi cantly for the present study, subordinate clause before the main verb. Subsequent studies have shown that these correlations are statistically signifi cant only in Eurasia, suggesting that Eurasia is itself a zone for areal typology [2]. Siberia is an important part of that zone, and the indigenous languages of Siberia, are OV (namely the Mongolic, Tungusic and Turkic languages, Chukchi, Itelmen, Nivkh, and Yukaghir, as well as the Eskaleut languages). In the present paper I argue that the Siberian languages are undergoing typological shift as a result of contact with Russian, a change which began prior to language attrition which is now well underway for many if not all of the indigenous languages with small numbers of speakers.
