The fluorescen properties of polyethylene photoluminescent films connected with injecting to their composition of photoluminophor on the basis of linkings of europium in excitation of UV by radiation of the sun are investigated. For the first time experimental measurement of rates of fluorescent radiation of a photoluminescent film at its exploitation in natural conditions are carried out. The maximum values of fluorescence intensity of films in investigated conditions make near to 8 mW/m2, average day from 0.5 to 2 mW/m2. For the first time the received results have allowed to make a quantitative estimation of fluorescent radiation intensity of photoluminescent films at effective cultivation under them plants in natural conditions. Reproducing of such indices can allow transferring effect studying to controllable laboratory conditions.

There was revealed coincidence of pollen-zones and climatic stages determined on the basis of isotopic analyses. The assumption of connection between atmospheric precipitation, evaporation and isotopic content of carbon and oxygen was confirmed with the help of pollen analysis.

This article proposes a new classification of museums of the space profile in Russia, based on the criteria of historicism, objectivity and memoriality: 1) astronautics Museum; 2 museums of the special space objects, such as space launch sites and courts of space communications; 3) museums of space industry enterprises; 4) museums of higher education institutions conducting space scientific research and training of future cosmonauts; 5) memorial museums. The article considers the issue of securing of quality of university specialist training in accordance with state educational standards. Systemic statistical control over academic activities is used as a means ensuring the university transition from orientation on final result control to the concept of identification and prevention of deficiencies in specialist training. Statistical control is understood as adjustment of the parameters of academic activities based on the results of random statistical testing of student proficiency. Shewhart control charts, Pareto charts, synchronic and diachronic analysis of results obtained in the course of student assessment, have been used as major methods. The comparative analysis of seasonal shoot growth cycle between latitudinal and altitudinal Siberian stone pine ecotypes growing under the homogeneous environments of clone archive was conducted. Among latitudinal ecotypes differences in shoots and needles growth dates and duration were more significant than those among altitudinal ones. More significant differentiation among latitudinal ecotypes, probably, was related to their development not only contrast climatic conditions but in different photoperiodic regime in contrast to altitudinal ecotypes.

The problem of correlation between aesthetic ideas in texts by Hegel and Ivanov is investigated. The main point is the question about the symbol. The definitions of this notion in books of both thinkers are analyzed. For Hegel symbol is only a scientific sign, for Ivanov it’s a religious sing. They understand the main aim of art equally: as sensitive representation of Absolute. But there means are different: Hegel suggests overcoming symbolism by classicism, Ivanov says about raising art up to religious creativity.

This article focuses on an important problem of forming ethnic-aesthetic culture of students. The situation in the cultural and social life in Russia at the beginning of the 21st century has problems of personal development as part of the problems of vocational education at the university. It includes the concept of methodological aspects of the process at the university. In characterizing the individual student with the classical university formed ethnic-aesthetic culture there are following criteria: cultural issues of university education, ethnic identity, ethnic-aesthetic professional competence and productive-creative orientation of the individual.

The article shows the linguistic representation of quantitative side of the strategy of the olfactory perception. Attention is concentrated on two aspects: firstly, intensity of smell, secondly, quantity of smells, which a person can identify. The analysis bases on quantity scales and stereotypes. Such an analysis allows to complete facts about the representations of olfactory information (its quantitative aspect) in human language.

Shietova Natalia Ivanovna TOPONYMS AND TRADITIONAL NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF THE RUSSIANS AT GORNY ALTAI // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 34-40

The work traces the interrelation of the toponyms, which are mainly folks’ names of agricultural lands, with the specifics of agricultural exploitation of the Russian population of the territories of Gorny Altai. The author’s field materials, collected at Ust-Koksa, Shebalino, Ust-Kan Districts of the Altai Republic at different periods, as well as the archival data have comprised the basis for the research. The author’s particular attention is the specific features of land management in mountainous areas with such properties viewed as an angle of slopes, exposition of slopes and a degree of density of population. Particularly important in the farming activities are even territories with low angles of slopes, and even more they are meaningful in the valleys with higher elevations. It is stated that the natural conditions of this region influence frequent division of lands for serving various purposes. The author reveals this idea in the local names of places. The research shows how toponyms of small ravines, springs and mounts may explicit the role of the man, and even of his family in the natural resources management of the territory. Moreover, the names of natural pastures depend on the land’s properties, including such as the order of their location and size. The introduction of a new administrative order of the management of agricultural use of lands during the periods of the work of collective farms destroyed the system of the traditional natural resources management, which had became useful for the Russian peasantry as a result of their ethnic adaptation to the conditions of Gorny Altai. The characteristics of this system are the inclusion into the natural landscape, having a chief of the land and rationality of the natural resources management in accordance with their natural geographic properties, which is understood as a result of segmentation of farm lands that serve various purposes. The folk’s geographical names have become a concentrate of all these specific features of natural resources management. Therefore, a toponym is a so-called symbol-word that has a number of associations and notions about the particular properties of a definite place and about the way how people use their natural environmental space.

Prevalence of depressive specter psychological symptoms in sanatorium-resort institution analyzed in the article. Rate of depressive specter disorders total 18.7%, number of distressed persons who has marked depressive symptoms aggregated 64.7% among vacationers who visited to the psychological service of the sanatorium. Practically all vacationers with depressive disorders or symptoms had somatic disease in a combination with stressful life events. At the majority of clients of sanatorium depressive disorders began without acute external reasons, but quality of chronic stressful life events determined the content of depressive experiences.
