РАЗВИТИЕ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ УЧЕБНЫХ СООБЩЕСТВАХ В США
Проанализированы основные аспекты деятельности профессиональных учебных сообществ как формы развития педагогической компетентности учителя в США. Определены особенности, цели и задачи их функционирования. Обоснованы трудности формирования профессиональных учебных сообществ и предложены пути их преодоления.
