5402 | We have studied specific mechanisms for creating of artistic model of small prose genres based on variant use of the principles of conditionality. Observations are made on the conceptual framework, on the formal principles expressing the author's position of short stories by Mikhail Bulgakov, S. Semenov, O. Forhs, which is devoted the problems of man and history, man in the historic civil confrontation. We analyzed productive genre and style forming guidelines, that let the writers develop an image of the world that combines visual and expressive fundamentals allowing authentically reflect historical reality and at the same time convey the nuances of human consciousness and the subconscious in the historical reality deforming the man. Conclusions have been drawn about the nature of artistic experiment, based on a synthesis of the classical tradition and contemporary trends that influenced the formation of individual style of writers that defined the aesthetic strategies in Russian literature of the 1920s. 5406 | The article analyses the most typical pronunciation errors of the Mongols in the mastery of the Russian language. Characteristic phonetic differences are determined by different phonetic systems of two languages (lokalisasi and consonant), the difference of articulatory bases, the laws of the positional distribution of phonemes and phonetic oppositions, and peculiar to each language characteristics in suprasegmental level. The most serious errors that lead to misunderstanding are related to the violation of the structure of the Russian word. It is expressed in the reduction of vowels in all syllables except the first, the frequency of prosthetic and epistatically vowels appearance. Reduction of vowels at the end of the Russian word leads to the lack of expression of grammatical values. Interference difficulties in mastering the Russian accent are determined by the constant (fixed) accent in the Mongolian language and articulatory differences in the accentuation of the main syllable in two languages. The law of vowel harmony in Mongolian language is the cause of most mistakes in the Russian words concerning positional distribution of phonemes. Carried out in a comparative aspect the systematization of the main phonetic difficulties can be used in the methodological development and practical training of the Mongols Russian as a foreign language. It is given by the logarithm of the one-loop partition function of an Abelian N = 4 vector multiplet in AdS2 × S 2 geometry. This one-loop correction is expected to describe the subleading 1/N term in the expectation value of circular Wilson loop in the totally symmetric rank k representation in N = 4, SU(N) supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory at strong coupling. 5412 | The article presents the analysis of recent data on the global distribution of thunderstorm activity obtained from satellites and ground-based lightning detection systems, as well as the World’s Meteorological stations network. Gravity anomalies are considered as additional reasons for the spatial distribution of thunderstorm activity over the Globe. Analyzes maps of lightning discharges density, and maps of Earth’s gravity field anomalies obtained by NASA satellites. It is shown that the vast global centers of thunderstorm activity in central Africa and South America are associated with areas of slight negative gravity anomalies. An exception is the world thunderstorm outbreak in the region of Indonesia and the Philippines, which is located above the intense positive gravity anomaly. Regional analysis in Central Europe showed the presence of thunderstorm cells over the negative gravity anomalies. 5413 | The article describes the educational practice of tutoring in the context of challenges of individualized society. The problems faced by people in individualized society include growing uncertainty of life and the lack of clear guidelines. This uncertainty complicates planning life, setting long-term goals. A person feels helpless, he is disoriented and unable to control the events, his life loses its integrity, becomes fragmented. In the article the skills allowing a person to live in instable society, such as the ability to identify his values, to find the resources to achieve his goals, to organize his activity and to implement its reflection are named. Different approaches to understanding the concept of ‘individualization of education’ are considered, the concepts of ‘individual approach’ and ‘individualization’ are differentiated. Individual approach involves considering the individual characteristics of students, while individualization of education is a broad concept, implying the subjective position of a student, appeal to his interests and needs, development of student’s self-control, self-reflection, and self-planning. The essence of tutoring practice as an effective practice of individualization is revealed. An open, humane position of a tutor, expanding educational space of a tutee and promoting his self-development, is opposed to a directive, authoritarian position of a teacher, limiting the educational space of a student and blocking his independence. The role of a dialogic position of a teacher in implementing tutoring practice is marked. Since the practice of tutoring allows a person to reflect on his life and forms the set of skills necessary for a decent life in the situation of instability, it should be used in education to meet the challenges of individualized society. 5414 | Introduction. The issues of communication between the author, the character and the reader in the artistic world of this or that writer remain relevant. The scientific tradition of the study of narratives and the modern literary concepts that complement it (for example, the poetics of personalism) have established that the author is present in his work both narratively and structurally; The author is the creator of the artistic world and at the same time the narrator about it. The author’s subject is manifested through the subject organization of the work, as well as through a storytelling event. Aim and objectives. The aim of the research is to analyze the compositional speech structure of Svetlana Lavrova’s works addressed to a child reader, to consider the category of “author-hero-reader” categories, to establish the connection of the narrative structure with the author’s artistic world and axiology. Materials and research methods. It is revealed that in the artistic world of S. Lavrova various methods of narration and various forms of manifestation of the author’s subject are used: from a personality-neutral narrator to a personalized narrator. The complexity of the subject organization, the multiplicity of points of view in the artistic world of S. Lavrova are designed to create the most complete and accurate picture of reality. The saturation of the works of S. Lavrova with references, allusions, reminiscences to works included in the circle of children’s and youthful reading actualizes the mechanism of the language game and contributes to the formation of communication between the author and the reader. Results and discussion. As a result, it was found that the most important structural principle of the creation of the artistic world of S. Lavrova is the juxtaposition of outof-place things, the coexistence of the real and the fantastic, the rejection of credibility, but the desire for vitality. Emphasizing the conscious formation of the text by the author creates such a type of narration in which the boundaries between the world of the author and the world of characters, as well as between the world of characters and the world of the reader, are mobile and permeable. Metapathing creates the effect of complete creative freedom of the author, causes a feeling of inner unpredictability and contributes to the formation of game poetics. Conclusion. In the works of S. Lavrova, the world surrounding the child is depicted as internally coherent, harmonious, of absolute value, and the involvement of the child reader in it contributes to understanding oneself and one’s place in the world. 5416 | The article analyzes the methods of representation of gender awareness of the women authors based on the novel by L. Ulitskaya “demonstrates the methods of their detection and systematization. Based on the analysis of different types of imagery and formed in the text of the novel aesthetic integrity makes an attempt to reconstruct the gender-oriented ethical concept of the author. Identified during the analysis techniques are representative of the “feminine” type letters, because they have the appropriate symbolic content. For example, the machismo manifests itself in the motif of the “cast”, “objective”, feminine declares itself by the motive of the special life “order”. Acting in the process of writing as the translators of the consciousness of the authoress, engaged in the search for her own identity and in the expression of her own social preferences, the revealed motifs also represent various gender behaviors. 5418 | The paper discusses the conceptual framework and the nature of the educational environment, reveals four areas of motivating educational environment for mathematically gifted students – intellectual, communicative, cooperative and personal, determins the conditions of its formation and competence of a teacher working with gifted children. 5419 | The urgency of establishing the essence of the term “competence-oriented task” is determined by the orientation toward achieving substantive, meta-subject and personal results of education in the secondary school educational practice. This category, widely used in pedagogical science and educational practice, does not quite justifiably relate to the concept of a task of a practical nature. The establishment of the specificity of competence-oriented tasks is carried out on the basis of an analysis of the positions of different authors, not only in understanding this category, but also in the semantically close to it concepts of “contextual task” and “situational task”, and also in connection with the modern interpretation of the learning task as a means of forming integrated educational result. The conclusion is drawn on the understanding of competence-oriented tasks as the tasks that, along with the formation of the subject competences of the student, determine the development of such qualities that determine the ability and readiness for independent cognitive activity, that is, the qualities whose totality determines the concept of cognitive competence. Examples of competence-oriented tasks are considered. Requirements to competency-oriented tasks in teaching mathematics are formulated. 5420 | The article deals with the analysis of Chinese proverbs and sayings found in the periodicals of the Russian Far East. Geopolitical location of the Russian Far East and recent growth of trans-border contacts with neighboring Asian countries make considerable influence on people’s minds and people’s perception of life. This makes the research timely and appropriate. Methodology of the research is based on the interdisciplinary approach to the analysis of ethnic proverbs and sayings which circulate in a different culture or a different language. The authors provide cross-cultural analysis of Chinese proverbs and the ways of their presentation in the Russian mass media. The pragmatics of citation of a Chinese proverb/saying in the Russian discourse proved to be determined by intelligibility of the proverb/saying to Russian readers. In some cases authentic ethnic imagery of the Chinese proverb/saying is pragmatically preserved. It makes reference to the wisdom of the Chinese ancient civilization more evident, and serves as an effective way of reasoning in a newspaper article. Special attention is drawn to cultural factors influencing the form and the semantics of Chinese proverbs in the Russian discourse. Parables and myths which stand behind almost all Chinese proverbs and sayings are lost in the Russian discourse, and Chinese proverbs are sometimes substituted with a Russian analogue. The authors of the article describe functions and pragmatics of Chinese proverb usage in a new cultural environment. In mass media of the Russian Far East Chinese proverbs realize a wide range of functions, among which the most relevant are informative, argumentative, phatic and appellative functions. Implementation of the above mentioned functions depends on cross-cultural pragmatics. Opposition of a noun and a verb is shown not only semantically and grammaticallye, not only in the sound organization of the whole words belonging to certain parts of speech, but also at a level of a phonologic structure of morphemes of one class, namely – the prefixes which are a part of words of different parts of speech. 5423 | The paper reviews postpositions of two endangered indigenous Uralic languages of Western Siberia: Southern Selkup and Eastern Khanty. These languages have remote genetic affiliation and an extended cultural and linguistic contact, co-inhabiting the area of middle Ob river flows of Tomsk region. The main focus of the discussion is the comparative analysis of postpositions of these two languages on the basis of existing grammars. Postpositions are usually used to express spatial temporal notions. They typically represent a model of space-time metaphor. Selkup postpositions are divided into serial and non-serial. 5425 | The article deals with the possibility of optimization of physical activity for hypertensive patients in a hospital during therapeutic physical training using electromagnetic radiation in the optical range. For this purpose was applied radiation with a wavelength of 420–480 nm (blue light) before a class of medical physical culture, which helped to harmonize interconnection, to reduce the risk of pathological reactions to greater physical activity. 5426 | The present article deals with the problem of sacral, unfathomable, and has the purpose to trace the sacral and its representation in the old Germanic concept “thing”, also it tries to see the analogy with the German concept “Ding” as well as partially with the English “thing” and has a look at these concepts form the etymological viewpoint. 5427 | The article shows the transformation application in translation of scientific medical texts from English to Russian as the achieving equivalence method. The materials of research were 20 scientific medical Ophthalmology’s articles. The size in pages was 205. The research articles translations were made by professional translators and were published on the http://miroft.org.ua (special site for ophthalmology’s experts). The statistical analysis was made with using of special program for statistical analysis and graphics OriginPro 8.6. The article’s results have showed that the main translation transformation in ophthalmology’s article translations is lexical transformation. The least used transformation is mixed transformation (lexical and grammatical transformation). The characteristic feature of ophthalmology demands using the grammatical replacement, concretization, generalization and method tracing transformations more often than other transformations. The concept “victim” in the text of the novel of F.M. Dostoyevsky “Crime and punishment” is realized at various structural and semantic levels. An image of Raskolnikov consistently embodies in the novel various semantic aspects of a concept “victim” (the victim of the fashionable theory and own ambitions, generation as the victim of a critical era, etc.). The principles of polyphony when the opinion of the reader is created indirectly through the relation of characters of the novel shown in the speech and thoughts become the most significant for formation of reception. 5430 | The aim of the work is to examine the process of formation of new system of fire-prevention actions which began to emerge in the Altai province after final establishment of the Soviet government. The article is prepared on the basis of a wide range of archival materials, materials, many of which are introduced for scientific use for the first time. As a result of the work the author has come to the following conclusions. The fight against forest fires included a range of prevention measures, prevention and liquidation of fire in the forest and punishment for persons guilty of arsons. The new government was interested in the preservation of forests from fires, so forestry specialists and local authorities were tasked to create effective system of struggle against forest fires in short terms. Questions of forest preservation from the fires were regulated by local regulations which were based on provisions of the decree “About the woods” 1918. The forest was nationalized, every citizen had the right to use forest products, but on the condition of personal participation in the protection of forests. The implementation of fire prevention measures was entrusted to the local population. However, this practice has not justified itself, so it was decided to return to the standard scheme, in which the main role in the protection of forests from fires played professional forest guards. 5431 | The article is devoted to the problem of textual activity in the Russian classes of high school. The purpose of the study is to justify the need to work with the text in the Russian language lessons to develop the communicative skills of high school students. The current requirements to the subject results of studying the field of «Philology» are being clarified. In the light of requirements of Federal State Educational Standard to the level of development of oral and written speech of the graduates, development of communicative abilities of students is becoming a priority. Among them are the skills of communication and understanding and generation of the texts. It is specified that communication is a text activity. The «text-centered» approach in teaching language is concretized. The skills of text activity are among the main indicators of the general culture of a language personality. Different ways of working with the text at the stage of preparation for the unified state exam in the Russian language and in the process of teaching essay are described. The results of experimental work on teaching essay in high school are presented. Practical recommendations for the analysis of essays are given. It is emphasized that the practice of teaching essays can be an alternative to the system of preparation for part C of the unified state examination in the Russian language, and also to significantly diversify the activity of the teacher-grammarian in developing communicative skills of students. Undoubtedly, the only means of global communication and understanding between speaking or writing people, is the language. 5438 | New possibilities of the method of sigma deviations allowing to study individual features of a person’s physical development are presented. Any person can easily get 23 anthropometric indicators, compare them with the arithmetic mean and the mean square deviation of this indicator, obtained for the corresponding age-and-sex group, and obtain an individual set of sigma deviations of all these indicators. Combining the obtained indices into certain groups, one can analyze the presence of different proportions in the human body (proportionality of bone length, bone thickness, proportion between upper and lower body parts, proportion of development of the thorax, for women - the proportion of development of the breast, the ratio of length of legs and height, the harmony of the development of muscles, the uniformity of fat deposition in the subcutaneous fatty tissue). At the next stage of the study, analyzing the individual set of sigma deviations, an individual comparison standard is selected for each person, with which all 23 indicators are compared. All indicators that differ from this standard by more than one are recognized as deviations from the individual standard. The observed deviations are conditionally subdivided into «advantages» and «shortcomings» of the physique. 5439 | The article concerns the legal status of refugee children in the interwar period in the limitrophe states. It reflects material and legal status and is based on the data kept in the so called Prague Archive (the Russian Foreign Historical Archive), which is the part of the State Archive of the Russian Federation (SARF). The article includes the analytical data concerning the quantity of refugee children. The article considers not only social and legal status, but also moral condition of refugee children in the limitrophe states and includes common and particular cases of this. The research concerns also living conditions of adults and children in emigration, their complicated material and moral conditions, difficulties which children had to face (either the necessity to work at an early age and, as a result, the inability to attend school, or the employment of parents at work and the inability to educate a child, which ultimately led to disobedience and permissiveness), identifies the factors, which affected this and means of providing assistance to refugee children. The author pays attention to the difficulties, which children faced in emigration: hunger, need, mental and physical violence and denationalization. The author also points out the means of struggle against such a regime and means of providing support from the government and emigration organizations (material support, organization of various children “settlements”, summer children camps and refuges) and problems, which they faced while organizing all this work. The author also gives the comparative analyses of refugee children’s position in recipient countries and points out that children conditions were different according to the policy of the government towards Russian emigrants and economical situation inside every country. 5440 | Introduction. V. Mayakovsky always willingly turned to the development of the expressive potential of the ancient genres. He used anthem, march, mystery, ode, message, conversation, etc. in his own way. The author for the first time presents transformations of the vision in the texts of the key importance for the understanding of Mayakovsky’s works of the Soviet era. The objective is to identify the genesis of the vision, to clarify the forms of its implementation in the works of V. Mayakovsky. Methodology and research methods. The study is based on the historical poetics methodology. Results. As a result of the work done, the vision is discovered in the form of an ancient proto-plot (a situation of appearing of the infernal person to the heroes of the Old Testament); in the form of the expanded story in Homer’s Odyssey and Virgil’s Aeneid (in the stories of the main characters about their descending into the realm of Hades, searching for the shadow of a person, getting the necessary information). The vision is best known as a genre of religious culture of the Middle Ages with a topic developed for the solution of didactic tasks. Finally, at the time of weakening of the religious feelings and the destruction of the genre, the expressive potential of the vision is preserved in the form of the particular artistic devices (“Prophet” by A. S. Pushkin). The central event of the vision in its various variants is an explicit or a virtual contact of a person with a representative of another world. In the lyrical plots of Mayakovsky’s poems - in “Extraordinary Adventure that Happened to Vladimir Mayakovsky at the Dacha”, “Jubilee”, “To Comrade Nette - a Steamer and a Man”, the expressive possibilities of the two sides communicating in the traditions of the ancient plot as the components of vision are revealed. The article examines their implementation in the poetics of Chapter 18 of the poem “Good” and the poem “Conversation with Comrade Lenin”. In the texts with the poetics of the vision preceding the poem “Good”, the initiator of the dialogue with the departed (with Pushkin in “Jubilee”, with Theodore Nette) was the clearly recognizable poet Mayakovsky. In the second half of Chapter 18 of the poem “Good” (1927), for the first time, the initiative passed to the comrades buried near the Kremlin wall, and the poet had nothing to say in an answer to their questions about the state of the country. In “Conversation with Comrade Lenin” (1929), both the dialogue with the leader who had died five years ago, and the report to him about the country’s victories failed. Had “to report not by service, but by liking” about “the work of hell” (here is referring to Dante’s “Comedy”), about the many who interfere with working and living, about the bastards who “tread the ground and around”. After this poem the poet did not have to live long. Conclusion. As a summing up of the 20 years of poetic work, was written the poem “At the Top of My Voice” in which the voice of the poet in the traditions of the vision sounded already from the distance of times ... And this is the last text in the lyrics of Mayakovsky of the 1920s with visual expressiveness in the logic of the through plot of Mayakovsky of the 1920s. 5444 | A holographic duality between gravitation and field theories with a Lifshitz scaling symmetry has recently aroused much attention. We consider Lifshitz-like backgrounds in the context of their applications to the anisotropic quark-gluon plasma created in heavy-ion collisions. We construct shock waves geometries for Lifshitz-like metrics1. For the geometry of two colliding Lifshitz domain walls the areas of trapped surfaces are calculated. According to the holographic approach, the multiplicity of particles produced in heavy-ion collisions can be estimated by the area of the trapped surface. We show that in the 5-dimensional case the dependence of multiplicity on the energy of colliding ions can fit the experimental data observed at RHIC and LHC. We derive the minisuperspace (discrete) Faddeev action by evaluating the Faddeev action on the spacetime composed of the (flat) 4-simplices with constant 4-vector fields. This is an analog of the Regge action obtained by evaluating the Hilbert-Einstein action on the spacetime composed of the flat 4-simplices. One of the new features of this formulation is that the simplices are not required to coincide on their common faces. 5446 | The article analyzes the organization of educational process in teachers’ seminaries of Eastern Siberia in the early twentieth century. It is shown that the new ideas, approaches, that filled, transformed the educational process, contributed to strengthening of military-patriotic and civic education of pupils, which was especially vividly demonstrated during the First World War. Markedly increased the attention to the work with the pupils on labour, physical and aesthetic education as a result of expanding the range of compulsory and optional subjects, increase in seminarians participating in extracurricular activities. It was determined that in the educational work there were some drawbacks, sometimes manifested in the form of formalism, arrogance, lack of qualified specialists and understaffing of the necessary equipment of appropriate rooms. 5448 | The French medical discourse refers to institutional discourses and results from the interaction of a number of other discourses, such as advertising, medical academic discourse, legislative (legal) discourse in the field of medicine, scientific medical discourse and the actual medical discourse. It is characterized by polyphonic inclusions of social, historical, pharmaceutical, encyclopedic discourses. The article deals with the French scientific medical discourse and its genre palette. The concept of «genre» originates in antiquity being many centuries-old. The «Father» of the term «speech genre» is M.M. Bakhtin, who created the theory of speech genres, which under the influence of a new paradigm in linguistics has undergone same changes in its development, but still remains in demand. Modern linguistics does not have an exhaustive classification of speech genres. There are many definitions of the speech genre depending on the trend of the study. We consider that, the speech genre is a model, a canon, a relatively stable thematic, compositional and stylistic type of expression. Due to the heterogeneity of genre forms are different: macro-genre (hyper-genre), complex genre, nuclear genre, subgenre. 5449 | The article gives an analysis of the poetic structure of space in Nabokov’s novel “Despair”. Close attention is paid to the motif of homelessness, not related to the external circumstances of life (the main character in the novel, Herman has an apartment), but to his inner sense about the meaning of existence. This key feature of the character determines his position – in motion. The temporary destinations of the character (the semantics of temporality, non-permanence: hotels, taverns, post offices), and the direction of Herman’s travel (closer to Russia or South-West Europe) are also important in understanding the concept of the novel. The spatial choice reflects also the inner turmoil of the character, his national belonging to two cultures (Russian and German). The character’s choices fluctuate, and this is reflected in his movements: he approaches Russia, then moves away. It is important to note that the specificity of the novel’s poetics of space is revealed in the comparison of forced and desired, real and imaginary moves of the character. Key scenes of the story are correlated with different countries: Herman discovers his twin in the Czech Republic, he commits murder in Germany, writes the text about the idea of murder and substitution (designed to prove his genius) in France, but he plans to transfer the manuscript to writer-emigrant from Russia and dreams that his novel will be known to carriers of Russian culture, including those in Soviet Russia. In addition to these countries, the field of the character’s consciousness the novel includes countries such as Italy and France. Accordingly, the article explores the ways of constructing the image of different countries, cities, some places and reveal how the space perception of the characters contributes to their disclosure. The space-related motif of movement allows us to distinguish the author’s position and the position of the unreliable narrator and specify the artistic methods of disclosure of the selfdetermination and self-identification problem created in the novel. 5450 | In the article we identify the most important milestones in the history of the study of literary ability. Further, we present the points of view of both international and Russian authors, which reflect scientific approaches to studying phenomenology and structure of literary abilities. Literary ability is defined as a set of special abilities that enable to implement creative literary activities successfully. We show that the literary ability is a complex psychological construct, which covers various sides of a writer’s personality. Biographical, analytical and experimental research of various authors convincingly demonstrated ambiguity, broad variability of components of literary ability and their structural differences. Definite individual structure of literary ability is specific for creative individuality. The structure depends on the availability of components and the degree of their development. Components of literary and creative abilities are a complex mental construct which performs as effect of generalizing intellectual activity. The activity preforms by means of language and is formed during the literary creative activity. The personal characteristics of the subject and individual psychological characteristics of mental processes do not determine the presence or absence of literary ability. The characteristics are the structural components of literary ability.
