HEALTH-SAVING EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY AS A CONDITION OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS
The article discusses the aspects of health saving educational environment in which formation of personal achievements and professional competence of the students, as well as the criteria of effectiveness of a health-saving educational environment occur by monitoring the students’ psychosocial well-being level. The main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of health-saving environment are integral indicators of personal achievements of vocational education of students as well as satisfaction of the parties of the educational process with its various sides. Psychodiagnostics allows teacher and student to track the developmental effects of its activities, the advantages, to correct shortcomings of the educational process, which ultimately allows the individual to discover and realize their potential, and increasing professional competence.
