MUNICIPAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AS A FORM OF SUPPORT OF CONTINUING EDUCATION OF SPECIALISTS
Тhe article shows the possibility of organizing the process of continuous education of specialists in the conditions of the municipal area, the principles, main directions, objectives and content of the municipal educational development service. Considered by the scientific and theoretical foundations of this new tool of improvement of qualification and retraining, providing multi-dimensional and optimal movement of adult personality in the educational space. Such educational services may be implemented by the municipal resource centre, which acts as the organizer and coordinator of continuing education for adults, covering practice-oriented advanced training and retraining of specialists of a wide range of professions. The most effective municipal resource center is the one, created on the basis of innovative educational organization.
