REALIZATION OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION AS CONDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION OF EDUCATION AT UNIVERSITIES IN TOMSK AND CHINA
The article demonstrates the current situation in education and some theoretical and methodical aspects of teaching foreign language personally-oriented communication that promotes the dialogue of cultures, the international integration of education in Russia and other countries and thus becoming professionals with great possibilities.
