VARIABILITY AS THE LEADING TREND OF DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN ADDITIONAL EDUCATION IN RUSSIA

Information About Author:

The article describes variability as the leading trend in the development of additional education of children in Russia. The specificity of additional education for children is based on the principles of variability and integrity of education, continuity, accessibility, personal determination, individualization, humanization, unity of training, education and development. Disclosed the possibility of additional education of children in the development of a selfdeveloping person in the conditions of modern educational paradigm. The article is based on the analysis of the requirements of a modern regulatory framework of additional education of children. The authors identify the role of additional education of children in creating conditions for socialization and individualization of personality, as well as the prevention of defects of socialization.
