ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FORMS OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN GERMANY
The article presents the analysis of the experience of professional self-identification of young people in Germany, its organizational and pedagogical forms. The criteria of prestige of working professions in Germany are allocated in it. Besides, the article deals with the practice of dual system of training students in the sphere of high-technological working professions. It is determined the key problems of social institutions in the organization of vocational guidance and training of qualified young professionals.
