DIAGNOSIS OF MEMORY-TURN OR BIOETHICS MEASUREMENT PROBLEMS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
Application of a conceptual model of information-synergetic approach to determine the reasons for the formation of anthropological bioethics reveals the new trend of philosophical studies – the memory-turn. Combining research positions – Identify memory-turn based on the interpretation of the information mechanisms of sociocultural dynamics (I. V. Melik-Gaykazyan), and an understanding of bioethics as a form of protection of identity in contemporary culture (T. V. Meshcheryakova) – allows you to discover a contradiction in continuing professional education between the inevitable standardization of the individual and the requirements of the personality meet the criteria of creative class. The paper presents some results of the project RFBR № 10–06–00313 “Attractive Management: Methodological Principles of Managing Complex Systems' Dynamics”.
