In the article the dynamics of design activity develop¬ment have been described, its influence on the anestheti¬zation of the surrounding world and an individuality, and also design-activity formed in a new socio-cultural situa¬tion. In the article there a conclusion is made which says that the process of creating a new subjectspatial environ¬ment by a designer provides a new style of human life. That is the new method of an individualitis anesthetization.
