3 | We consider the methodology of designing competence-oriented training modules of the basic education programs in the context of competence-format training in higher school. The competence-oriented module is presented as a structural element of competency training model of the bachelor of professional training in design. 4 | The article considers the possibility of training teacher of technology of the new formation under the direction of educational activities in vocational teacher education – Vocational Training (Design), organized in the context of the competence and teaching format. Image of modern design culture is projected on the process of training the teacher of technology, organized as a system of continuous design education, which has a characteristic methodology, including the structure of activities, principles, standards, models and methods of teaching. Presented experience of design and engineering activity of students demonstrates the possibility of forming productive behavioral, communicative, emotional and cognitive stereotypes in the implementation of educational and extracurricular activities. The content of the professional competence of the teacher is considered by us as multicomponent (components: cognitive, activity, value-semantic, motivational), and has common features with the professional expertise of the designer. Professional competence of the teacher of vocational training in the field of design is determined by a set of special design competencies, the formation of fine arts means (teaching students the principles and methods of artistic design, familiarity with the fundamentals of artistic design, the development of practical methods and techniques of project development of various products, their performance graphics engines). These features were put by us in designing the content of the foundation disciplines of subject preparation teacher of vocational training in the field of design as an individual competence-oriented modules of basic educational programs. Formation of core competencies organized by us is also a successful solution of professional problems that can be solved by the student as a result of the previously developed system of educational problems. The content of learning tasks include elements and algorithms for the solution of professional problems. 5 | The problem of the Russian economy‘s withdrawal to the trajectory of sustainable growth is considered by the author in connection with the solution of the problem of employment and the rational distribution of an able-bodied human resource in the labor market. In accordance with the civilizational challenges and the need for Russia‘s adaptation to new socio-economic conditions, the expediency of training qualified personnel for the developing service industries of the economy is justified. Training of such specialists is impossible without professional training of teachers who would have professional competence in accordance with the direction (profile) of professional activity. The subject of consideration is the content of modern design activities and the identification of the component composition of the relevant competencies that make up professional competence of a teacher of professional training in the field of arts and crafts and design. The problem of formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training for training of qualified specialists in the sphere of services with the purpose of satisfying the existing consumer demand for services in the field of modern design is considered. Presented are the results of the study of the component composition of the model for the formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training in accordance with the direction (profile) of training: arts and crafts and design. The structure and component composition of pedagogical, design competences, as well as competencies in working with computer graphics are revealed. Schemes for the formation of professional competencies are presented, containing the composition and structural interrelationships of the individual elements of the relevant competencies. The expediency of using the proposed logic and the hierarchical structure of the process of forming professional competencies for measuring their level of formation, as well as fixing the dynamics of their development in the process of vocational training, is grounded. 6 | Introduction. Didactics, as an integral part of the theory of education, studies the laws of the educational process, principles and means of teaching. Digital technologies of the fourth industrial revolution were the driver of the development of digital didactics of vocational education and training. The formation of a digital educational environment, including the development of the information and communication structure of a modern educational institution, provides all participants in educational relations (teachers, students) with a set of digital technologies that can be used by them to achieve educational goals, self-realization, professional adaptation and socialization. Therefore, the issues of effective use of the possibilities of digital technologies and means of digital didactics to achieve the set educational goals determine, in general, the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction and the educational process. Aim and objectives. Purpose of the study is to describe and explain the process of vocational education and training using digital didactic tools. Material and methods. The following theoretical research methods were used: study and analysis of normative-pedagogical, scientific-methodical literature and Internet resources on the research problem; study of technical documentation for software for digital educational technologies, a comparative analysis of the capabilities of digital didactics tools in comparison with the information and communication structure of an educational institution; study and generalization of Russian and foreign experience in the use of digital didactics tools in professional education. The empirical aspect of the research is presented in the form of reflection on the pedagogical activity of the author of the article. Results and discussion. The prerequisites for the formation of a digital educational environment, the need for mutual adaptation of digital and pedagogical technologies, research into the possibilities of using the potential of digital technologies to achieve the set educational goals are revealed. The main groups of means of digital didactics are highlighted – personalized educational process, digital pedagogical technologies, metadigital educational complexes, their substantive characteristics are given. The article reveals the features of the main digital technologies of artificial intelligence and the Internet of things, virtual and augmented reality V / R and A / R technologies, blockchain technologies in the context of their adaptation and use in the educational process in order to increase the visibility and effectiveness of education. The perspective directions of pedagogical didactics are considered, studied and characterized, ensuring the disclosure of the individual potential of students and the collective potential of the pedagogical community using digital technologies. Conclusion. Based on the research carried out and the main results obtained, the problems of the use of digital didactics tools in vocational education and training were identified, which hinder their effective implementation by teachers in the educational process; the complex tasks of building digital didactics of vocational education have been identified.
