4 | This work deals with the analysis of experience of teaching by the author the discipline “Document science and documentary ensuring management” to students of Saint-Petersburg University of Humanities and Social Sciences during 2015–2016 academic year. This discipline has been taught to the students of the IV course, which trained in the profile “Applied informatics (in economics)”. In addition, it is considering the structure of electronic rate in the system of support of independent work of students. 5 | This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». 6 | This article deals with considering of some questions of teaching discipline “Informatics” to students of liberal arts colleges. In modern conditions, it is important for students as future specialists to form their information culture. In this regard, information systems and technologies are intensively used in education. One of the instruments of forming of information culture of students is the discipline of “Informatics” which is taught to the students studying in the directions of preparation “Economics” and “Conflictology”. As the obligatory components of competences that must be formed in the course of studying the discipline “Informatics”, the skills of processing of text information, preparation of data in spreadsheets and developments of databases can be singled out. Therefore, one of the main competencies that are formed in the course of studying the discipline “Informatics”, in our opinion, is the ability to use modern technical means and information technologies (PK-8) for solving analytical and research problems. Analysis of the experience of teachers of the Department of Informatics and Mathematics of Saint-Petersburg University of Humanitarian and Social Sciences shows that the educational and methodological support of independent work on the discipline “computer science”, develops at a fairly high methodological level and is actively used in educational process. However, with the development of information technologies, including the constant updating of the programs of the MS Office package, it becomes necessary to update the workshop. Therefore, the author based on the already available materials developed an electronic course on the discipline “Informatics”, placed in the SPbGUP system of independent work support (www.edu.gup.ru). The main attention is paid to the description of the structure of the course and the generalization of the author’s experience in teaching the discipline “Informatics” with its use. 7 | The article presents the interim results of the study, the purpose of which is to study the possibilities of using new information and communication technologies in the areas of training implemented in higher educational institutions specializing in training specia lists in the humanitarian field. The relevance of the subject is considered taking into account the need to improve the teaching of the discipl ine “Informatics” using intersubject communications between the fields “Informatics” and “Culturology”. Scientific novelty and significance of the operation. Intermediate results of the conducted researche are carried out, some cultural features of the teaching discipline “Informatics” are analyzed. Some cultural features of teaching discipline “Informatics» to the first year students of the direction of training “Economics” are discussed. The tasks aimed at forming the information culture of students, developed by the teachers and indicated by the author, taking into account the pragmatic, semantic and syntactic aspects of information, are considered. It is advisable to offer the students the assignments aimed at researching expositions of museums of a corresponding orientation for independent implementation. Using materials, developed by the teachers of department of informatics and mathematics, we have developed some information resources for training in the discipline “Informatics”. The statistics of the fulfillment of the tasks by the students consists in the fact that the students have mastered the autumn semester in the 2017/2018 academic year. 8 | Introduction. Taking into account the conditions of digitalization of various spheres of the economy, future managers and economists of firms and organizations have to be prepared for professional activity using modern information technologies, including electronic office and web-technologies. Aim and objectives. This work deals with the experience of author’s educational materials, which were developed for ensuring of high level of future managers training in the field of information technology. Material and methods. The material of the study was developed by authors (teachers of the Department of Informatics and Mathematics electronic courses of the Saint-Petersburg University of Humanities and Social Sciences (SPbGUP)), placed in the system of support of independent work of students of SPbGUP by address https://edu.gup. ru/. In order to organize the results obtained, the system used the possibilities provided by the system to check the level of learning of the studied material – using the elements «Task» and «Test». Results and discussion. In the course of professional activity, teachers of the Department of Informatics and Mathematics improve educational and methodological materials on taught disciplines, which are placed in the corresponding electronic courses in the system of support of independent work of students of SPbGUP (www.edu.gup. ru). In the paper the sequence of use of electronic resources in the educational process was considered, as well as the author ‘s experience of training managers, considers the applied electronic resources in the disciplines «Informatics» and «Information technologies in management» and highlights further directions of the conducted research related to improving the quality of teaching disciplines. Electronic resources include discipline workshops, tasks, task execution technologies, test materials. Conclusion. The work provides a brief description of the educational and methodological support of the subject disciplines, the sequence of work of students with developed electronic resources (electronic courses and workshops). In the future, the authors plan to improve the electronic complex of training tools in conjunction with the ongoing process of forming professional competencies and information culture of students. The following issues are discussed in this work: – approaches to the definition of the concept of “information culture”, the main directions for the formation of information culture among students of humanitarian higher educational institutions (universities) during the teaching of disciplines that form mathematical literacy and information culture among students (during the work of students in the following disciplines: “Informatics”, “Information Technologies in Economy”, “Information Technologies in Management”, “Mathematics”, “Mathematical Analysis”, “Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics”, “Methods of Optimal Solutions”); – characteristics of the formation of information culture among future economists and managers (characterize the level of formation of competencies based on the results of studying the above disciplines); – tools for the formation of information culture of students of the Saint-Petersburg University of Humanities and Social Sciences (electronic courses in disciplines). Material and methods. The material of the research was electronic courses developed by teachers of the Department of Informatics and Mathematics of the St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions (SPbGUP). Educational materials are posted in the system of supporting the independent work of students of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise at https://edu.gup.ru/. Results and discussion. The article considers the model of the electronic course in the discipline “Informatics” and the sequence of formation of 1 course of information culture among students. Conclusion. The paper describes the structure of the developed electronic course, as well as summarizes statistical data obtained from the results of checking student responses, prepared based on the results of completing tasks. In the future, it is planned to continue improving the structure of the electronic course, taking into account modern trends in the field of digitalization of education.
