Spiritual-moral development of pupils' personality as a basis of school humanization // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2000. Issue 8 (24). P. 20-22

Some ways and prerequisites for active humanitarian development of both the personality and school are consid¬ered in this article. Much attention is given to internal spiri¬tual-moral reorientation of the teacher's personality. The importance of educational contents changing and the use of bio lectio method in general educational process as basic conditions of humanization of school are shown herein.

In this article is dicussed the algorithm (succession) of stages and levels of moral development and their characteristics are presented in. The main stages are: moral development (influence) and self-upbringing. Moral development comprises the following levels: ethic, the level of politeness, breeding, morals. The stage of self-upbringing is introduced by the level of intelligence, culture, spiritual level. Attention is paid to the fact that moral development of a personality is a long-time, complicated, multilevel with a lot of aspects process.
