1 | In this paper the authors investigate the extent of peroxide haemolysis, contents of malonic dialdehyde and morphology of human erythrocytes under the infl uence of sodium hypochlorite after incubation with liposomes of different composition. There is an effect of “empty” liposomes and liposomes containing in the structure ±-tocopherol, and dihydroquercetin emoksipin. It is shown that all types of liposomes reduce the degree of hemolysis, the accumulation of malonic dialdehyde and inhibit transformation of erythrocytes. All investigated characteristics of the studied liposomes exhibit a pronounced membrane-stabilizing effect on the peroxide hemolysis of erythrocytes.
