| 1 | In article the modern system of preventive maintenance of conflicts in an education system of Germany is analyzed. Considering preventive maintenance as the socially-pedagogical phenomenon, the author defines it as a complex of the methods focused on the prevention of deviating behaviour of an individual. The article reveals problems, methods and subjects of preventive maintenance. Experience of Germany shows that a preventive line in pedagogics, being well organized, and having the accurate legal status, brings considerable social effect.
