The philosophical concept of historical development created by Alexander Bogdanov (1873–1928) on the basis of general organizational science (tectology) laws is considered. The method of forming creative groups to teach students the physics of the design scheme. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the pendulum Ochs, consisting of bars on a horizontal surface, connected to a spring. The oscillations of the pendulum are characterized by a constant period, a linear decrease in amplitude, when for each half period of the amplitude is reduced by the same amount. The requirements of the problem is an example of educational organizations-term promotional activity for future engineers at the project level, as in practical classes, and in the interrelated tasks of physical design workshop.

The article considers one of the actual problems of modern school education – the formation of a graphic culture of teachers, which in modern conditions is the process of mastering the graphic language, the skills of operating graphic information and the ability to use graphic culture in different areas of educational activity. Different approaches of scientists and teachers to the problem are analyzed, the main contradictions confirming the formulation of the problem of the formation of graphic culture of schoolchildren are determined. The authors identify one of the ways to form the quality of the student under study – the use of art-technological design as a means of forming graphic culture of students. As the main activity, the project activity is considered as an innovative component that contributes to the accumulation of graphic information and the development of graphic skills of students. The article provides the analysis of the conceptual and terminological apparatus-the concepts of “project”, “design”, “project activity”, “creative activity”, “creative project”. The results of the initial survey actualizing the necessity of forming the studied quality are presented. Discusses the art-technological design, its nature, definition. In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

Researches of the chromosomal organisation and polymorphism of inversion of Far East malarial mosquito A. sinensis Wiedemann a complex «hyrcanus» were carried out in Primorye Territory. During work the chromosomal map of a kind is made, marker disks are noted. Wide intraspecific chromosomal polymorphism on all parts of autosome is revealed. The analysis of polymorphism of inversion in different points of catching of larvae in the south of Primorye Territory has revealed various level of a variety of the chromosomal variants, correlating with degree of remoteness biotopes from sea coast. The greatest polymorphism is established in population in a distance from the sea (settlement Sibirtsevo); the least is in vicinities of Vladivostok; variability has intermediate character in population of mosquitoes of state Artem.

The main criterion for its implementation and realization is the degree of correspondence of the qualities and properties of a person to life requirements. On the one hand the development of the potential of young people involves the creation of favorable conditions for the development of young people’s capabilities, improving the living conditions and the quality of the social environment, on the other hand – the increase of competitiveness of the potential of the youth throuth development of social sectors of economy. The tool that can solve the problem of the formation of the social potential of the youth is the social pedagogy.

The paper considers the stages of formation and the consistent development of the network model for extracurricular and vocational training of teachers applying on-line and distant learning technologies in a case of studied experience of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Extracurricular and Vocational Education “The Open Youth University”. All studies take into account the increasingly complex coordinate system of Russian State Educational Policies in the field of staged development of State Educational Standards at implementation of extracurricular and after-school enrichment programs. This research evaluates the principles of the model content formation and potential for its development applying different regulations, as well as the possibility of individual projects increasing the efficiency of network activity at the priority directions of Science and Technology Creativity of Youth. It demonstrates a new and relevant component of the network model in a form of portal support as well as the network component of the self-developing community of advanced pedagogical experience in a case of definite active web sites. This article attempts to examine the discussed network as a main factor actively influencing almost all education components. It presents the ranked research results of this network advantages evaluated by the teachersparticipants of the community. It presents the revealed challenges for further network development in contemporary conditions.

New ideas on wave neuronal processes and only two neuronal constants, H. Berger’s and M.N. Livanov’s ones, which were included into a dozen of simple algebraic equations, permit us to explain interrelationship of many known quantitative regularities in psychology. New equations, which were derived deductively from neurophysiological data, permit to explain quantitatively a lot of psychological phenomena in a broad range of conditions, particularly, the speed of gain of information and the dependence of short-term memory span on the alphabet span of stimuli. Besides it was shown in experiments with hundreds of subjects that individual parameters of electroencephalogram permit to compute individual peculiarities of human behavior, in partial to compute MMPI psychological profiles as well as to esteem intellectual abilities of human being. The impact function of the mass media causes the use of expressive means of language; the main of them is a metaphor. At the same time the impact of metaphor seems a rather complex phenomenon, so the study of its functions does not cease to be relevant. A wide range of functions of the metaphor and their hierarchy are considered in the context of the newspaper sport discourse on the example of the sports report genre. The analysis is illustrated by vivid examples from the Russian and German press; it shows that this figure of speech is the most important means of pragmatic impact in the sports discourse and in the written sports report, in particular. Consequently, the pragmatics has a target status in the hierarchy of functions. Expressiveness and evaluativity are considered as the most important functions. Moreover, the metaphor has a decorative, attractiveness, game, hyperbole, compression, conspire, encoding, and mnemonic functions that are rarely traced in the text of their own and rather provide a comprehensive impact on the reader. At the same time, the metaphor can perform almost the opposite tasks: mnemonic and conspiracy functions. Consequently, the functional properties of metaphors are in the relationship of interdependence and mutual reinforcement.

Context-competence model of the future teacher training, ranked among the modern models of professional pedagogical education, assumes a gradual transition from academic activity to professional activity, it concentrates on knowledge and skills of professional activity in the context. This model assumes the actualization of quasi-professional activities of future teachers. In the article features of quasi-professional activity in pedagogical education, tasks of quasi-professional orientation in preparation of the teacher of a foreign language are considered. The definition of the concept “the task of a quasi-professional orientation” has been clarified, the structure of these tasks and the factors to be taken into account in their development are named. In the process of quasi-professional activity, future teachers form their own pedagogical position; acquire skills of assessment and solving pedagogical situations; learn and comprehend the peculiarities of pedagogical activity of the teacher; form personal qualities that meet the requirements of professional activity. The tasks of the quasi-professional orientation in the methodical training of the teacher are methodical tasks that involve the implementation of quasi-professional activities, primarily related to the leading types of professional activity of the teacher – teaching, planning and analysis. Authors examples of’ tasks of a quasiprofessional orientation for methodical training of a foreign language teacher are given.
