The article reveals aspects of interaction in two directions: science of translation and cross-cultural communication. The direction of this article is theoretical and practical. Much attention is devoted to the place and function of three types of competences (linguocultural, sociocultural, cultural and linguistical as components of foreign communicative competence) in the process of the formation of the cultural and linguistic personality. The paper presents the optimization of the molecular geometry of metallocenes by two different density functionals. The resulting structural and spectral data are compared with the experimental values. The conclusion is based on the calculation method of the natural valence orbitals of the value of the magnitude of the donor-acceptor and dative interactions in the formation of metallocenes. Following the procedure of decomposion of the energy, the values of the ionic and covalent character of bonds between the metal and carbon atoms were calculated.

The paper considers the phenomenon of teacher professional autonomy through defining relation between teacher autonomy and administrative control of university teacher activity within the context of the transformation of contemporary higher education in Russia. The article defines a complex of intrinsic and extrinsic conditions, which are able to ensure an optimal correlation between teacher autonomy and administrative control of teacher’s activity in Russian higher education. The revealed extrinsic conditions make the core of autonomy-oriented type of administrative control, which allows teacher’s being a self-regulating actor through taking control of his professional activity and developing positive type of perceived teacher autonomy.

In Russia now the social policy concerning disabled people considerably improves. The special relevance is gained by the programs of development of disabled people’s complex medico-social rehabilitation. Complex rehabilitation increases the level of the host functionality, promotes recovery of the social communications lost because of chronic diseases. The social and pedagogical component of complex rehabilitation motivates chronic patients with violations of the motive sphere to daily occupations with adaptive physical culture. Work therapy as a means of adaptive physical culture can positively influence a social rehabilitations of persons with Parkinson disease. Parkinson’s disease is one of the reasons for invalidization and disability of mature agepersons. The main symptoms of a disease are motive violations and cognitive frustrations. The application of rational work therapy in a complex with pharmacotherapy, a dietotherapy, physiotreatment improves a psycho-functional state, household adaptation and socialization of patients with parkinsonism at late stages of disease.

The article is devoted to a conception of pedagogical techniques as the basic categories of specialists training for the needs of the tourism industry. Some peculiarities and specifics of the industry have been analyzed in detail, the necessity of exactly the module variations is substantiated. There have been presented some examples of modular technologies that can be perfectly adapted to such discipline as «Tourism economics». The theme in question is known to be poorly explored and requires further research. The article mainly focuses on the algorithm of actions applicable for the modular approach, and the idea is reinforced by an examination of the teacher’s role as a coach. Also a definition of this pedagogical concept has been proposed, and an adequate level of competency has been introduced. This thesis is confirmed by the peculiarities of the tourism market, which is regarded as a changeable and dynamic system. The main section of the paper presents some problem-theme blocks that can be successfully implemented into the «coach» system with the purpose to compose the «Change management strategy for the tourism business» module in the discipline «Tourism economics». In conclusion, as a brief summary of the reported study, the author introduces a concept «information literacy», which is introduced by means of such notions as follows: «a paradox of information redundancy management», «a paradox of education management», «a paradox of uncertainty and variability management».

Introduction. The problem of improving the quality of education actualizes the issues of assessment and development of the educational conditions in educational organizations in order to ensure the equal educational opportunities for all students. Material and methods. We used the SACERS international scales for studying the educational environment in Moscow schools. Located in eight areas of Moscow 58 structural units of educational complexes (sample) took part in the survey. Results and discussion. Such items as interaction between the parents, the teachers and the administration of the school, the variability of the education programs and extracurricular activities, good conditions for the professional teachers’ development showed the great result. At the same time, there are some confines in providing the necessary conditions for training and development for the students with special educational needs. It was established that schools differ in providing equal educational conditions. The greatest differences are in such components of the educational environment as the organization of extracurricular activities, additional education and the subject environment for various types of activities, the creation of conditions for training and development of the students with special educational needs. Schools with a higher quality index of the educational environment have homogeneous educational conditions that provide relatively equal access to the quality education in comparison with the group of schools with a lower quality index of the educational environment. Conclusion. The quality of the educational environment in Moscow schools achieved in the participants’ interaction in the educational process, the organization of the educational process and the creation of the conditions for the professional development for teachers.

The paper touches upon the new problems in theory and practice of teaching the foreign languages in conformity with modern vital conditions. In such a context it is a matter of introducing a psychological component to the educational process to be aimed at optimization of foreign training at any stage of continuous education system as well as the improvement of communication teaching level. Application of up-to-date psychotechnologies in the process of foreign training seems to be within the capacity of the foreign lan¬guage teacher, as it does not require special psychothera-peutic knowledge. The present paper appears to be an ef¬fort to observe the opportunities of using neurolinguistics programming (NLP) strategics in practice of teaching the foreign languages at a non-linguistic higher educational in¬stitution which allow the teacher to reveal the students' style and apply the methods to be the most suitable for the present student or the given group. In peat soil number of the microorganisms assimilating organic and mineral forms of nitrogen, their parity, production СО2, correlating with number of given microorganisms, a cellulose mineralization are defined by a number of factors: a hydrothermal mode, presence of nutrients in the form of NPK and spontaneously present at peat N-NH3, a competition from plants at assimilation of nutrients. Results of definition of number of microorganisms methods of direct consideration under a microscope and crops on nutrient mediums have the alternative character, confirming opinion that number of microorganisms not always reflects their activity. Higher indicators of biological activity in residual peat under grown up cereal grasses, in comparison with a native soil, testify to an intensification in it of destructive processes

The interrelation of results of dispersal of a specialized mean is considered in the research - training apparatus and sports apparatus, the size and character of this communication is established, this communication scientifically proves efficiency of use of a training apparatus as training means in system of preparation high-class brakemen and also at selection of sportsmen for participation in competitions.

The article presents a short description of the water objects of exploring territories. The majority of explored lakes are the old bed areas of the Uy River. The main body of the article is devoted to the exploration results of the flora and cenotic composition of vegetation cover of the Uy River Valley water objects. According to the data of geobotanic descriptions the list of water macrophytes groupings types for the Uy River Valley water objects was done. 17 out of 27 described associations of hydramacrophytes are cited for the territory of exploration the first time.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the representation of the concept “Family” in lexicographical sources and in linguistic consciousness of Russian and English-speaking respondents. The generality and specificity of family perception and its members in the section of ethno-cultural and gender aspects, based on the analysis of the free associative experiment are examined. It is revealed that the Russian “feminine” linguistic consciousness is different from the “male” one, and that in the Russian associative field adjectives are dominated, while men have reactions expressed generally by nouns. In the men’s associative field the gender stereotypes of social roles are analyzed and the opposite perception of family members in correlation with biological sex and age.

Pas’ko Yuliya Valeryevna THE POET “UNDER THE SKY AND ABOVE THE EARTH”: THE SKY AS A SPACE OF MYTH IN THE POETRY OF MARINA TSVETAEVA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 161-169

The article is dedicated to the concept of the myth about the poet in the work of Marina Tsvetaeva from the point of view of the organization of space in the verse text, primarily the sky space, because it plays an essential role in creating the myth about the poet, therefore, most important aspects are the image of the poet in verse cycles, its existence in space and the influence of the organization of space on the semantics of the myth about the poet. In the course of the research, the author applies not only to the declared cycles, but also to other poems, letters and essays by Marina Tsvetaeva, important for recreating the necessary context. The study leads to the conclusion that the semantics of the myth about the poet is inextricably linked with the space of the sky or the space near the sky. The basic principle of its creation is designated as metonymic, when the projection of a certain image on the poet sets the coordinates of a certain space. All the images participating in its creation can be divided into several groups: ornithological (images of birds), astronomical (images of the moon, sun, stars, cosmos and planets), mythological (images associated with specific mythologies) and religious (images associated with Christianity). Accordingly, we can talk about the different skies in which the poet is: the space of flight, the astronomical sky, the mythological sky and the religious sky. The semantics of the myth about the poet and the space in which Tsvetaeva puts him are in continuous interaction, moreover, the space of one or another cycle largely reflects the features of the poet’s work to which it is dedicated, and Tsvetaeva’s attitude to the poet.

The article considers the problem of sources of philo¬sophical and aesthetic idea of M.M. Bakhtin. From the point of view of the author, Bakhtin cannot be implanted in one of the philosophical paradigms developing in the beginning of the XXth century. For this reason the consid¬eration of the ideas of the Russian thinker in the context of the history of Russian literature is represented with much more perspective. Rudoy Alexey Nikolaevich About the So-Called Fluvioglacial Deposits and the Place of Diluvial Processes Take in the Lithodynamic Succession // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 4 (36). P. 80-85

The article deals with the existing definitions of fluvioglacial deposits that are chiefly developed in the mountain lands. It also points out the main contradictions in field and laboratory diagnostics of fluvioglacial deposits contained in the fact that lithologic criteria for such diagnostics do not exist in the nature. It refers to all the facies of fluvioglacial deposits in the pre-glacial zone. The absence of lithologic criteria of distinguishing between the so-called fluvioglacial and mountainous alluvium is explained by the structure of all these deposits. It is conditioned by hydrodynamic peculiarities of the floods in which they are developed. Pre-glacial fluvial sediments undergo the process of laying many times both immediately by the glacier margin and under the glacier itself. Thus, it means that according to the well-spread classifications all the melt-water deposits (except pre-glacial lake deposits) should be called «alluvium». Besides, it often happens that some forms of a principally different genesis-diluvial origin-would be taken for the deposits of melt glacier water. The former it their turn have been formed by cataclysmic (i.e. - temporary) floods from ice-dammed lakes which outburst. Unclear diagnostics of water deposits leads to the difficulties in defining criteria to seek alluvial placers. The article shows the place of diluvial deposits in the row of other genetic types of loose sediments. The second part of the article deals with the energy essence of the diluvial morpholithogenesis from the points of natural risks.

Kanno S. A unified view of RS braneworlds // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 7 (44). P. 15-24

There are various different descriptions of Randall-Sundrum (RS) braneworlds. Here we present a unified view of the braneworld based on the gradient expansion approach. In the case of the single-brane model, we reveal the relation between the geometrical and the AdS/CFT approach. It turns out that the high energy and the Weyl term corrections found in the geometrical approach merge into the CFT matter correction found in the AdS/CFT approach. We also clarify the role of the radionin the two-brane system. It is shown that the radion transforms the Einstein theory with Weyl correction into the conformalty coupled scalar-tensor theory where the radion plays the role of the scalar field.
