PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF THE TEACHER AS THE CULTURE OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SELF-DETERMINATION
The problem of professional formation of the teacher is considered: modern approaches to definition and characteristics of stages (phases) of professional formation are reflected; results of research of professional selfdetermination of the teacher that allows to reveal factors of decrease in the social status and prestige of a pedagogical profession are presented.
